At Neura (“we”, “us”, “our”), we are committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our platform.
When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. If you sign up via a third-party provider (Google, GitHub), we receive basic profile information from that provider.
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our platform, including agent conversations, tool executions, and feature usage. This data helps us improve our services and debug issues.
When your agents connect to third-party services (via MCP connections), data flows through our platform temporarily during execution. We do not store the content of API responses from your connected services beyond what is needed for the current session.
Files and data you upload to knowledge bases are stored encrypted and isolated to your account. We do not access, use, or train on your knowledge base content.
All data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Agent executions run in isolated sandboxed environments. API credentials for third-party connections are encrypted using AES-256 and never exposed to other users or agents.
We use industry-standard security practices including regular security audits, access controls, and monitoring.
We do not sell your personal information. We may share data with:
We do not train AI models on your data. Your conversations, knowledge bases, and agent outputs are not used for model training. Agent learnings (error patterns and corrections) are stored per-agent and never shared across users unless you explicitly publish them.
We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Agent conversation history is retained for 90 days by default (configurable in settings). You can delete your data at any time from your account settings.
You have the right to:
We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We use analytics cookies (with your consent) to understand platform usage. You can manage cookie preferences in your browser settings.
Neura is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 16. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or through a notice on our platform.
